Ordinary Places

Ordinary Places is an ongoing project by Nathan Miles, focused on photographing people within everyday environments. The work draws from a long-standing tradition of documenting the ordinary, where the setting is familiar but the moment is unique.

By focusing on unremarkable places, the emphasis shifts toward presence, gesture and the subtle details that often go unnoticed. The project reflects an interest in observing real life as it unfolds, capturing small fragments of time in spaces often overlooked.
